I got a pair of sketchbooks with brown paper pages for christmas (something I had been looking to pick up for myself). This is the first page I've drawn in them.
I'm not sure if its the pages being too light or the pencils I'm using, but I would like if I could get the white marks to show up more clearly against the normal pencil marks. Right now I don't think they're noticeable enough.

Not much exiting, mostly I was just doodling around with ideas for some of Rhelx's personal effects. Namely a redesign of the medallion on his neck, a small war-hammer as his weapon of choice, and of coarse a small knife he carries with himself mostly to work but in a pinch also serving as a second small weapon in a fight.
I don't think I really like the look of the medallion too much though, it needs some good detail to it, I just couldn't come up with anything suitable.

I'm thinking of creating a new reference sheet for Rhelx in order to include many of the details I've created for him in the time since I made the last one, and to update his costume which I think is not a great design in the last ref-sheet I made for him either. So look out for possibly more sketches with little details or items that may be going towards ironing out designs for it.
