This is a birthday gift for  FallNightWolf

It's just a cute little pic of his character, Blue the Arctic Fox, with  shinragod 's Splash Vixen, and they're using their powers to create a heart, indicating their feelings for each other. Splash's half is made of water, and Blue's half is made of ice (yes, he has ice powers). It's quite a stunning sight, isn't it?

I was gonna draw Splash in her harem outfit from the Qittaswell Sisters for this pic, but I decided to draw her in her standard Angel uniform instead. Blue doesn't mind what she wears, though. He ain't picky. ^^
