holy shiiiiit i love the banjo

This is really cool. I loke the tone you are getting out of all these instruments I think you put a lot of soul into this. I can hear it. Also, you play all three instruments really well! I dig it.

If I had any constructive criticism to give its that I can hear the layers drifting out of synch in some spots. I am not sure if that is from the double tracking you are doing, or if its from a game of telephone when you are adding the layers.
What I find is helpful in preventing the later is to record my guitar track as my foundation and muting all other tracks when I go to add in other instruments or backing vocals. That way none of them drift too far from that one track. I hope that doesn't make my compliment any less impactful as I really did like this recording.

Hey again! Thanks for the comment. This was just a test recording to figure out how to properly record the instruments; I think I had never played a banjo or mandolin before the day I recorded this, so I never really intended for it to be tighter sounding. But that's all-right. I appreciate the tips, thanks :)
