This is so weirdly specific but part of what initially inspired this ENTIRE ARC was that I was working as a landscaper, and I had to remove a lot of English ivy, and my coworkers and I were joking about how it was so rope-like and strong that you could probably hold someone hostage with it. That then evolved into "could I do a one-off gag about this" to "what would the context even be" to "oh no now I'm having all these other ideas about heists" and it ended up just getting folded into this bigger thing.

Good for Faustus for simultaneously subduing a criminal AND performing a little ecological restoration at the same time, tbh
