After Chompless punished Arez by essentially taking away control over where he could and could not walk to, he gave in and obeyed her orders to be a good boy and take his punishment nicely. She walked him into the Booty Bar, where Floof and Wolfy were having a fun time, and both of them were absolutely shocked seeing their father with their mother's lower half.
She sat herself and Arez up at the counter, waiting to be served. Both Floof and Wolfy couldn't help but stare, wide-eyed, at what they were seeing. Wolfy's jaw went completely slack and would've been hanging on the floor if he was a cartoon character. Arez rested his head on his hand, thinking about the choices he made that had landed him here, with his sister having most of the control over him right now. He questioned if what he had done prior was worth dealing with this in future instances.
This is sort of like a part 2 to this render here, where Arez is just left to think about and reflect on his prior actions. I love this concept and how shocked both Floof and Wolfy look XDDDD.
