Moka love to save people in the water
He swallow them for keeping them safe with a good supply of air inside his big belly where they can rest until they feel better
Sometime event if they aren't in danger he love to swallow people too for being sure they are safe from any danger ^^'
But in most of case they react with panic at first, but they calm down fast, but the time they calm they struggle inside his big belly and it tickle more than anything for Moka
He don't dislike these tickles, maybe that's why he try to "save" people who aren't in danger in the water
