Not a fan of FurAffinity's new art restrictions, in favor of a subscription service, but they got a customizable banner now, so here's my banner in full resolution.

...im not getting it here, so your saying if an image goes over 4000x4000 i cannot post it in absolutely ANY way? I'd have to resize it down to keep it below that limit? Didn't FA used to accept images bigger than that via a thing that said you can update the image (which was used often before this limit).
Basically, if your image has too many pixels in it, the image will be downscaled to meet the limits.
And yes, there used to be a workaround that users could use then to upload images larger than 1280 pixels wide or tall, but that's now been closed in favor of the new maximum resolution. So sure, you can upload images larger than 1280 by 1280 pixels on initial upload, but even if you change the submission file later on, it will now always be downscaled if it's larger than the new limits, regardless of whether or not you pay for FA+'s "privilege" of higher resolution uploads.
Also, there's now a maximum dimension, too. If your image is wider or taller than 6000 pixels, then it won't be accepted. And the maximum file size has not changed either; it's still 10 megabytes as before.
