Notes about this character:
- When giving birth, he gives live birth instead of laying eggs.
- Has a hand in place of a paw, since that leg in particular is an arm.
- He has a backpack that has many high tech weapons such as grenades, guns and a device that can inflate P-Balloons to inflate others (they’re rather for making baddies immobile than for use on inflating friends or cuties)
- He has an official license to use the weapons in his backpack
- He is normally tough and intimidating, but if he’s inflated like a balloon, he will become embarrassed, timid and shy.
- He has the power to inflate, but sometimes he cannot control it and he inflates rapidly until he bursts or flies around like a deflating balloon.

Bio:
Julian was born as a result of an unknown problem. His mother gave live birth instead of laying an egg, and was shocked at the result. She still loved her baby nonetheless. His father died from being killed by a troop while spying on an evil professer. He also had a birth defect that gave him a human-like hand.

As he grew up, his mother cared for him and introduced him to the computer, where he played lots of Flash games on the internet. His mother also gave him Chinese buffet when he’d do in school. When he was 7, he was given his first game console, a Nintendo DSi. He had a load of games like Bomberman, Nintendogs, Mario Kart DS, Pokémon Black, Drawn to Life and Dig Dug Digging Strike. When he played Dig Dug Digging Strike, he was fascinated by inflation and flattening gags he saw in the game, and he grew fond of those gags, those reminded him of his childhood. He’d always laugh at how the Pookas and Fygars blew up like balloons when he pumped them up and also when they got squashed flat by rocks, it made him very happy.

When he was 13, his mom bought him a PlayStation 3 with Fat Princess. He would play all day with his friends after school until it was time for them to go home for the night.

However, tragedy struck when he was 15. He got 50$ from his mother, and he went out to go buy anything he wanted for his birthday. He bought a 3 bags of nitrile balloons (because he never played with a balloon before, even as a child), a brand new headset, an energy drink (which was his first) 2 new PlayStation video games, and a White Bomberman plush doll. When he got home, he found his mom had her throat cut and was riddled with bullet holes. He ran over and tried to find a pulse, but with no luck. He began to cry (which wasn’t a human cry, but more like a dog whimpering and whining) so hard his tears were like waterfalls. He sat down and cried over his mom’s death. He then packed up his things and moved out of Times Square and moved to Boston.

However, Julian is really sad and wishes he could be with his mom again. He sometimes inflates himself with helium and floats through the air like a balloon, peacefully gliding through the sky with no thoughts or any problems on his mind, and he uses that time to relax as a big balloon. He wishes he could fly away so that nobody could see him, because he feels like he could of saved his mother’s life if he just stayed for a few extra minutes.
