So, as is probably obvious, I like dancing poses, and so when
diaszoom had this couples dancing pose as a YCH, I couldn't resist... especially since I've been trying to get a few other 'couples' dance poses done. Decided to go with Finley as the other member of the dance here, at least in part because this artist is good with muscles and I wanted to see their take on the warrior unicorn.
Definitely looks to be a magical night is in the works here.

Crumpets and teatime, this picture and the both of you therein are absolutely gorgeous. I think this is my new favourite drawing of you, Jenora, if I may beg your pardon; this almost perfectly depicts you as I imagine your shape and form to be when we share our conversation and company together. I know your legs and feet are more digitigrade here than plantigrade, but I do not remotely have any quibbles or words of detraction to offer your draughting and drawn self herein.
You're tall for a female cat, strongly built with wonderfully muscled dancer's legs and calves without approaching a bodybuilder's mass, but instead a lean, strong musculature under your golden-russet fur and hide with reasonable bulk and stockiness of sinew. And I'm very sure I love your dark chestnut mane of headfur, wrapping around your cheeks and jaw and mantling your head and down your shoulders, trunk and back, just like that very enthusiastic unicorn is lifting one leg to 'mantle' your lovely self in turn. Mrrrrowr! <3
Well done, Jenora and Finley, and well done
diaszoom into the bargain!

I've got a couple of commissions going on three years of waiting; I can be patient, yes. (Though I have poked all of those at least once to make sure they aren't completely forgotten.)
And yes, 'dancing' is one of my go-to commission ideas, partly just because it leaves lots of options for the artist (and I prefer not to be too picky), and largely because it's just plain fun.

You did right, sometimes artists need some reminder or at least give back the money if they dont want to keep up the work.. >__>
Dancing pose are kinda complex actually, this is because there is not many on FA. (because both characters need to be in balance and still 'moving' in harmony, its more complex than it looks..) But gladly everything goes right, and I'm really happy with the final art too. X3
