Very nice, love the shades of her coloration.
Another good artist to look for, if you want a ref sheet with multiples views/outfits, would be
GoreGoat. Quite reasonably priced(in my opinion), and is a pleasure to work with. As a plus, she claims to love doing ref sheets. :D
