Stix's Request w/ Chatterbox and Runt Page 1
Looks like Stix was able to meet up with two certain Team Rocket grunts and ask for a request of them and in return pay them for doing so. One of them is very adamant about NOT doing it, but the other much bigger one has.... other plans. Guess that money Stix flashed spoke to him a bit.
