Yeah - Boomer, Brick, and Butch from Powerpuff Girls.
The guy's designs are based on the post-HIM RRBs (which were gruffer looking).
I plan to upload them individually to my blog in the future so people can see the outfits (Butch's is OUTRAGEOUS)

NEVER heard of the Rowdyruff Boys?! O.O
Well they were in a couple of episodes and are actually villains created by Mojo Jojo to combat the powerpuff girls. But the girls end up destroying them (with cooties) by the end of that episode, even though the boys were stronger.
Then HIM resurrected them and made them over into a rougher more...grunge look. And because it was HIM he also made them immune to cooties.
Beyond that they were in a couple of episodes...including the custody battle between Mojo and HIM to decide who was really the boys' father. (Two men made them...gay parentage anyone? lol)
Type them into any google search and you'll see they have quite a little fandom.

Afraid not.
I see. I'm not familiar with HIM. I'm more a DVD watcher than tv watcher, but I occasionally stop and see whats new.
At least the show was progressive to think that one up. ;P
Oh, I'm sure they do, what with artists like yourself and the ravenous fans for beefcake. ;P

Oh no, the boys were never beefcake...even in the episode when you see them and the girls as Teens...they look like normal washed out teen guys and it kinda makes ya wanna...puke a bit...
So as I aged them up I made them...more glam. Cause a lot of contemporary fashions are wretched but...I used my editorial eye (Except for Butch. That outfit is ridiculous and I love it)
And HIM...oh you missed a jewel of a villain. When he appeared everyone was like "Wha?!" Because it was a kid's show and HIM is like...Satanic looking with big claws...
And he's a transvestite with thigh high high-heeled boots and this...crazy dress with fuzzy fringe...its crazy.
In the show he was the embodiment of evil and even Mojo Jojo was so afraid of him he called him "sir"
But for the time if was like watching that one scene in Invader Zim where Zim blows up Kenny after Kenny admits how much he adores his new friend (Zim). That had everyone going "Can...they...DO THAT on a kids show?!"
HIM raised the same question but surprisingly, while some parents railed against Zim, no parents said a word about HIM being in the show. It was like...Okay you have a problem with blowing up small enthusiastic children but not transvestite evil entities...
Which in hindsight is...kinda logical lol

Puke a bit, eh?
Brick looks like he's the most fem out of the three. Boomer looks like he'd be played by Owen Wilson, and Butch could kick some ass.
Oh snap. I google imaged him up and now I recall HIM. I guess I never realized that was his name. XD He's quite a bit of work, that's for sure.
Well, they just gotta take the next step with the show. Just cause its animated doesn't mean its for kids. ;P Change the air time and bam! New rules.
I guess they were just worried about their children blowing up their friends. . . but if they want to experiment or a bit different, they're cool with it. Surprisingly progressive. XD
