Yup nerdy lil Lig came up with a new StarTrek character.

During the Cardassian occupation of Bajor it was common for some of them to keep Bajoran mistress. This lead to instances of variious hybrids. These hybrids met little acceptance among both Bajorans and Cardassians due to the animosity between the species. Even after the Occupation had ended. During the pull out many Cardassian children were left behind. Orphans who had no place in Cardassian society. Some Bajorans took these Orphans in. Some of these orphans were hybrids as well. Kamar was one such orphan. His Father was a Cardassian. His mother was Bajoran. Kamar doesn't remember much about either of them. Kamar lived in an orphanage on Bajor for a time before a relative of his mother's learned about him. She took him in to raise him as one of her own. Kamar had prominent cardassian features. It was obvious. These genes didn't mesh completely well. Kamar suffered from incontinence due to his hybrid nature or perhaps due to a dormant trait from one side or another. At any rate the effect was the same. Kamar was the subject of much teasing from his Bajoran peers. They would make fun of his diapers or make fun of his Cardassian features. Some of their favorite taunts were "Spoon Head" and "Baby Pants" Some of the adults would sneer at his sight.

Though all this though Kamar bore it through. He studied and he found friends elsewhere. Things got better when he and his aunt moved to the station. There were more then just Bajorans there. Kamar made friends with a few humans and even some of the Bajorans seemed less hostile towards him. Kamar studies still and hopes one day to enter StarFleet. With a keen mind he dreams of perhaps gaining a position in special tactics. After all what little boy doesn't want to be a Spy?
