Winter Witch
So yeah, this is Tokime drawn by great artist 
Gimpis and if she looks familiar she's seen on an anime series called "Fuuto PI", a Kamen-Rider spinoff about detectives solving various cases. I fell hard for her and Im kinda shocked she didnt get a lot more love in the anime world.
Well, Im doing something about that. I made her a gorgeous mink. And already worked up a character sheet for her, the standard form and all. I dunno how well she'll sit with the anime crowd but lets see. I LIKE this girl.
