Toci Lynx =  KobaltSteel

Concept art for a redesigned version of Toci Lynx. Alongside Kent Frogs, we have Agent Toci Lynx, who is one of the two official Pangaea Agents on the mission, alongside her partner Chi Hato; Kent Frogs is a hired mercenary in the game (but will be an agent in sequels). The plan behind the three characters is to make them a power trio, each themed after an American heroic archetype; Kent Frogs is the cowboy, Chi Hato is (technically) the Ninja, and Toci Lynx is to be the swashbuckler... albeit more of a pirate. The idea behind the character is that Toci is like those fanservice characters that existed for the purpose of fanservice, but as a main character, so it would be like you're playing a full-fledged video game where you are Minerva Mink or Jessica Rabbit and so forth.

However, on top of making Toci Lynx like a fan service character, meaning curvaceous figure and pronounced chest, I also need to make her a full-fledged character, since she's a main character in this story, and I settled on her being similar to Rouge the Bat mixed with Minerva Mink, a temptress or femme fatale AND fashionista who uses her sexy as a weapon or tool and is very vain, pretty self-centered, hyper stubborn, and very strong-willed... there's also the factor that I need to combine the fan service-y stuff with this pirate theme and... I'm running into problems.

See, I'm trying to make an outfit for Toci that works with the fan service elements, the pirate themes, and Toci's own personality traits; what could be a pirate outfit that is also sexy, fashionable, AND easy to animate? The first attempt at this was on the right, but after showing it to some of my colleagues, they felt the design didn't really exude sexiness, so I tried again with the design on the left; the left design was far more positively received, but I'm not wholly sure about it, because I feel she's too over-dressed and the outfit isn't provocative enough, like an outfit Minerva Mink or Rouge the Bat would wear...

I'm not sure as to what to even do... if you have any suggestions, let me know!
