Jay was stuck in this room with one of his previous prisoners at his business, The Panda's Pedal. It seems like Reecees escaped from her bindings and decided to return the favor to her tickler-turned-ticklee. While Jay didn't normally laugh, Reecees had tricks up her sleeves. She had magical feathers that were so luxuriously ticklish, even the most stoic would crack under it's touch, and Jay was no match. As the feathers tickled his pads, he started laughing hard, making Reecees giggle nearly as much as him.
"Laughing so hard already? It's only a couple feathers, heehee!" She laughed, Jay attempting an angry stare but cracking under his large gaping maw.
"How long did you keep me in your little room? A week or two? Let's repay that time <3!"
