ok one last snowscape before I quit....like the others this was taken years ago near Asheville NC... well... very near on the horizontal, but quite a distance on the vertical as this was about 4000' above the city's elevation. It rained at my apartment this day...but at 1000' up from the apartment it changed to wet snow and got deeper and more powdery from there.
