Now I realized... The human can't be caught with a pokeboll! They are not transformed. Then, we must make a neo pokeboll to catch the costumed human.

I saw both of the sequence pictures. I have a few nitpicks that I want to say.

Your man was apparently stepping into the latex costume with clothes on. Even though clothes could technically be smoothed out to fit the form of a person, the type of suit your character is wearing would be obvious in the suit (rolled up sleeves, pockets, wrinkled parts, etc.) The way you drew him in the latex suit here leads me to believe that the person had to have stripped to get that smooth.

Also, abs aren't that big. I got corrected multiple times on that one. I'm not really as irritated by it.

The living suit melts clothes to get energy efficiently from the person. The person would be stripped when the suit separates the person. I don't draw with skill. I would try to draw accurately next. I'm sorry if my sentence has mistakes.

Snake: Paramedic, this rubber suit latched unto me! I can't get it off!
Paramedic: Calm down, Snake. Let me check your vital signs.
Snake: A-alright...
Paramedic: Hmm... It seems that the latex coating on your skin has no negative effects on your body but it seems to be symbiotic.
Snake: Symbiotic?
Paramedic: Yeah, like a clownfish and sea aneome. The latex suit gives you enhanced strength and agility, but it needs the nutrients from your body in order to survive. It's a living thing, too.
Snake: Neat. So can I lift huge boulders and run faster than a speeding bullet?
Paramedic: I haven't looked further into the matter so you'll probably need to talk to Sigint about it.
*ends codec with Paramedic*
Snake: Sigint, what can you find out on this latex suit on my body?
Sigint: Well, I'll be damned. Where did you get that neat doggy suit?
Snake: It latched onto me.
Sigint: Say what now?
Snake: It latched onto me. I noticed it through the jungle and it came to life and it snatched me.
Sigint: Hmm...I never heard of such a thing. I seen that giant squid in "100,000 Leagues Under the Sea", but a rubber latex suit springing to life and eating people? That really takes the cake. As far as I can gather, that rubber suit can turn you into a half-man, half-Mightyena.
Snake: Mightyena?
Sigint: I never seen or heard of one before but it says here that Mightyena are a species of Pokemon exclusive to the Hoenn region. They're called the Bite Pokemon. They look like hyenas and travel in packs following an experienced leader. Since Mightyena is a canine, you can bite your enemies instead of using your knife if it's lost or taken in CQC.
Snake: I can bite my enemies with my razor-sharp teeth? I don't like the idea of tasting human flesh. It gives me the creeps.
Sigint: I don't think you need to anyway. You can use your fangs to hunt for food as well.
Snake: Mmm...
