Just a friendly reminder that Jin is a boy, and that outfit is old egyptian, in case you’re confused :p

No, the riddle goes "What crawls on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening". When you leave out the part about the time of day, you fail to give the crucial hint that people can use to deduce the answer to the riddle! Not that I blame you for forgetting, it's a pretty famous riddle used in a great number of stories! Do you remember where you first heard it? I can only remember it from a Riddler focused episode of Batman: The Animated Series (R.I.P. Kevin Conroy) and a retelling of the Egyptian Sphinx story in one the chapters of the collected Unico graphic novel.
Look at the Dress. It's Greco-Roman, not Egyptian, but to answer your Question. Yes. Greco-Roman Sphinxes tell riddles. Failure to get the correct answer results in your death. Look it up. The "Four legs, then two, then three" question that's always brought up when Sphinxes are shown/mentioned is from one said Greco-Roman myth. Even in Harry Potter [book, not movie], there's a Sphynx.
