I wonder how many people remember this character since the last time I drew her was in 2015. I checked! I figured that she could use some long awaited love.

Her parents (likely as a cruel joke) gave her that name since the noises that she can make are like the cross between a screaming barn owl and a yowling Siamese cat. I'm sure her tantrums as a child blew out her parent's eardrums.
