Everyone that's seen Judas's real form and lived has no idea how pretty they actually are lmao everyone just assumes he's a plain black creature.
Exothropeans see UV light similar to birds and have vivid biofluorescent markings visible to one another. Among thier species the brighter more vibrant your markings are the hotter and more desirable you are. Thier tentacles and insides are always the brightest
Any scar tissue one has will show up slightly under UV as well. Though it's more like skin pigment that never 100% healed. They have amazing regenerative abilities (with some exceptions) and can even regenerate parts of their brain and heart if they have to however skin pigment never seems to fully heal.
