I used 2 Crescent roll sheets and filled with an egg scramble mix. 1 cup O'Brien potatos, 5 eggs scrambled, green onion, salt and pepper to taste. Lay out the first Crescent sheet add egg and top with shredded cheese. Add second sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes till golden brown. Brush top with butter and sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for another 2 minutes to melt cheese. Cut and serve :)
