And this is why I made a wild dog figure.
In Carry On, a pack of wild dogs attack the zebra kraal of the safari en route to Kiyanti, and Kathy, outraged, leads Fred, Sandy, and Trader Horn on the defense. Although outnumbered, the hyenas and unicorn manage to drive off the wild dogs, who skulk away grumbling, "Defeat tastes like hunger."
However, their victory is short-lived. The zebra bearers ran off, so the three hyenas and Trader Horn decide to abandon the camp with only as much as they can carry in backpacks and head across country, knowing that the wild dogs will be back with reinforcements to loot the camp.
Pose is based on this comic strip:

These are all done in the CGI character generator from Hero Forge. They can be printed to make them physically real. The scale for printed figurines is 30 mm, same as tabletop gaming pieces. The CGI images are far better for detail, and the CGI colors make them pop--the figurines come in either gray or black for painting.
They were attacking the zebras who were serving as the bearers for the safari, and Kathy knew several of the zebras personally (Renchero, Imari, Busajja, and Araali) so this was like watching your friends get attacked by people wanting to kill them and eat them. She felt outrage and a responsibility toward the zebras, as well as a feeling of "They're mine and you can't have any of them!"
This scene was meant to show Kathy's developing sense of protectiveness toward "her" future subjects.
