History

Xavier La Rue is a Cajun gator born and raised in New Orleans, he along with his brother grew up in a middle class neighborhood with loving parents. As they entered the late teens both decide to use the armed forces as a way to pay for collage. Jacob went into the army and Xavier decided to go to the coast guard. After a few years Xavier decided to forgo collage and made the Coast Guard his career choice, Jacob went to the University of Tulane and became an accountant. Both brothers live in New Orleans with the rest of their families.

Then several years ago when Xavier visited his uncle’s lab, he was hit by mysterious blast of yellow energy from Dr. La Rue’s newest experiment in renewable energy. The blast changed Xavier into a living energy generator, as he slowly recovered Xavier joined the BOS and received super hero training. After a tour in Oceana and Japan, Xavier, now called The Reveler returned to his hometown of New Orleans as an assistant director. Just in time for Hurricane Katrina, the gator distinguished himself during the crisis and was promoted after the disaster to Director of the New Orleans district. It was a bittersweet moment for Xavier as his brother went missing during the crisis and no word has ever been heard from him since.


Powers:

A living energy source Reveler can generate intense bursts of energy or direct explosive charges through his hands and tail. He can also use the energy to fly, bounce off of objects, and extend his stamina. Xavier can also create an energy whip that he uses for offense or to grab and hold objects. The Reveler can also absorb any energy directed at him and redirect it.

Weakness:

Can be overloaded by absorbing too much energy, energy reserves can also be exhausted by to much continual use.

Personality:

A military man he runs his district like a ship at sea. He doesn’t suffer fools well but does reward good work and competence.

BOS Standing:

The District Director of New Orleans, one of the youngest to ever hold a Director’s position.
