In Eke's lore, the drake is a contracted pirate-hunter that wrests control of the seas using any method necessary. His role is to stop anything illegal happening in the vast waters along many islands, which is a big task to be left to. Dear pirates; your ill-gotten-goods aren't safe with Eke patrolling your same waters.
