this Particular Fellow is with a legion that stands with 'The New Order' a sub culture who wants the entire universe to fly thier banner.

in recent months the Empire has shattered into four pieces who all have varying uniforms now. The New Order (who have the above colors)

the Ascendant Phoenix (who have more black and a darker red)

the Loyalists (who wear blue instead of red)

and the High Legions (who's color matches the Legion Banner)
