Its an interesting design, thats for sure! I admit that I too was curious about how I would go about drawing her, but it seems like it wasnt quite as difficult as I thought it would be! And not to worry, Im already planning to do much more with these two
Honestly im very happy with the over all design. Sure, it would have been cool to have some kind of big cat, but this was a good direction too. As far as im concerned, this is one of the better designs given that they made it more anthro- like Delphox- and not like... uncanny valley human- like Incineroar or Cinderace. I think its bc they kept the legs digitigrade that saved this design in the end. So, yeah, while not exactly what I wanted, I still really like it, and it could have been so much worse.
While I had no reservation’s (or prize) for Cinderace design.
I fully agree in regards what you have said about Incineroar, it looks quite ridiculous. Its bipedal appearance thin legs and bulky upper body reminds me more of those people dressed as mascot’s during sports event’s. Instead of animal Incineroar was based. <:3
As for Meowscarada in my personal opinion, that’s the best looking 3rd evolution of all starters in Scarlet and Violet. ÓwÓ
