By commissioning my services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

- I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission work before any payment is made. I will not work on commissions including any of the following: hate speech, hyper.

- Please provide as much detail as possible. Specifications about the commission will be made and agreed upon by both you and me before any payment is made.
Any major modifications to the agreemed upon commission after this deal is made is your responsibility and must be paid separately.

- Payment must be made exclusively via PayPal or Mach, on US Dollars. Chilean peso is accepted via Mach after we can confirm the render can be doable. No refunds will be made once work has begun.

- Commercial use of the product delivered must be agreed upon beforehand and will incur in an extra charge to the final price.

- Redistribution, reselling, or upload without my signature visible on the product, without my consent, is not allowed.

- All art can be uploaded to my social media accounts and be used as part of my portfolio, unless a deal is made with me beforehand.

- The final deliverable product will be a PNG image file.

- Credit for the final delivered product may only be attributed to myself and any other people involved on the creation of the piece, such as model makers.
