Haven't made one of these since 2019, so figured I'd toss together a little review of my art for the year.
Hopefully the coding/links work as intended cuz this is pretty long LOL
This was a pretty crazy year, a lot happened, so art generally happened in spurts of creativity, often via FlightRising, so most of this art you've likely not seen!
January - This little plush gecko I still need to make a page for on my TH account. I've been calling her Sally Sleuth, and she's a beanie gecko that solves mysteries in imagination-land with a plush bat named Noir. Both designs came from users on FlightRising on one of those "design an oc for the person above you" boards. I've spent a LOT of my year there, as I really just want people to enjoy my OC designs, and it breaks my heart to post OC designs for sale and have them completely ignored...
February - These are dragons on FlightRising which I hatched on mine and my husbands birthday, so they're my in-game couple for us! Imgur Link
March - Polly was designed in March, but I technicallyyy didn't get to post it until April. Ah well!
April - In an attempt to get some money for my wedding the following month, I poured my heart and soul- and every bit of free time I had left between wedding planning- into some premium, unique adopts!... only one of which sold. Oof. This goth owlis definitely mine and my husbands favorite.
May - A drawing I did for someone on FlightRising, as payment for a dragon. They made a breeding project based entirely around The Last Unicorn, and I couldn't be more excited to do a drawing inspired by it. This is also the month where my PC decided to bluescreen after a bios error, but, more notably- I got married!! Due to both of these things, very little artwork to choose from.
June - I believe my file dates got messed up here, post-bluescreen - I definitely drew this guy in April, not June. I'll have to update this with another pic option, if I have any, as this is the month we took our honeymoon so I was gone for awhile. Had a wonderful time in Colorado, and definitely want to move there some day~
July - MY UNICORNS!! I worked on this since some time last year, and I love it all the greater for the struggles I was put through in trying to get this one finished. These unicorns mean a LOT to me, and are based on my childhood plushies, which I still have. ;v;
This is also when Art Fight was in high tide and I spent a LOT of time drawing for people there.
August - A new ref for Masaki! Nothing fancy.
September - Another OC design I made for someone on Flightrising! Did several around this time, but this guy was particularly unique and fun.
((Worked from home quite a bit this month and got really depressed. A rough time for sure.))
October - A commission for someone on FlightRising of their super cute goblin gal!
((My sister's birthday was this month, and after helping with Halloween, we BOTH got horribly sick for over a week. Yuck!))
November - Cherry, a new OC designed for me during Art Fight back in July. She's a real cool gal who could kick your butt! I will post this ref shortly! ;)
December - My new fursona design for Honeybun! A great way to finish off the year, with some heartfelt personal art. c:
