That's freakin' cool! Garum is Roman fish-sauce, and a 30% ABV version of that would probably be amazing in a Bloody Mary. The "Conditum nach Art des Apicius; Feigen in Rum" (what a fun mix of Latin and German) looks like a fig & rum riff on spiced Roman honey wine. Thank you for posting so many cool photos, Al!
