You know. as i was reading the castle part with the 'vampire' I was wondering. How much paperwork would have to be filed out before someone went either all 'doom marine' or 'metal gear solid revengence' on the place. Most likely the latter, mainly because the main character already faced off against a vampire earlier in the series.
