Meet Sot Nesu Akhet, the Princess of Light! Daughter of the God-Empress Iaret, she is the light of the people, who view her kindness and generosity as a good contrast to her mother's authoritative and punishing nature.
Though she is not be a cobra like her mother nor is she be biomechanical, she would be born with the powers of a demon. Personality would be sweet and innocent. Where Iaret's people see the Empress with awe, respect and fear, the would see the Princess with adoration and a desire to protect her. She's completely in agreeance with her mother and her ways, doing much of the same, but categorically refusing to see or think that her mother is doing anything evil. She could absolutely hang out with the Plenty but the moment one of them badmouths her mother, she would politely ask them to refrain from such words towards her mother and Empress. Akhet is her base name, but her mother’s pet nickname for her is Akhi. Iaret loves her very genuinely in spite of (or because of) her naivety and sweet nature. She understands that while she is wide-eyed, her daughter is smart and highly educated, meaning she won’t place herself in danger. Therefore, Akhet is allowed to roam as she sees fit, with her guards staying out of sight for her comfort (but still there just in case). However, her plans for her daughter are far from kind. She’s training her to be a Pharaoh (not her replacement though, as Iaret is Empress forever) because she wants to show Astra that her progeny could be a better ruler than her rival using the Pharaoh’s ways over Iaret’s. Though she genuinely loves her child, Iaret remains an Archfiend. However, it’s not her master plan: she’s just confident enough that if she told Akhi “Now go rule the empire your way” she would make it more prosperous than Astra’s.
She’s wrong, mind you, because Akhet doesn’t want to rule, like at all. Think Goku in DBZ Abridged realizing Gohan doesn’t like to fight and going “I’ve made a terrible mistake”
Essentially, Akhet serves as her mother’s conscience. Iaret It’s not necessarily a good person. She rules with an iron fist, she wages war and seek to expand her empire as much as she does her waistline. However, at the end of the day, people stay in her empire not just because they must but many of them do it because they genuinely believe in her as a good ruler. She cares for her subjects, even if she fattens and eats them regularly (they come back, but still). However, betrayal is something she doesn’t tolerate and the consequences are usually very severe… unless Akhet steps in and begs her mother to show mercy.
