A charming blue-haired fluffy winter kobold for adoption.♡♡♡
She was a test subject in a laboratory (N°82) to create a secret being but something went wrong. His purple eyes are proof of that. Although her powers can only be used in cold weather, she loves flowers and spring weather so she can lay on the grass & watch the clouds with her master. With her you will never be alone since her warm personality will always be with you cheering you up in good or bad times.
