For the past several days, I've been seeing a gondola on a siding nearby where a road bridge crosses over the track. Today I decided to check it out. Turns out there were actually two of them. And according to some fellow trainspotters I met along the way, they're out of commission and sitting out of the way, awaiting repairs. I poked around them for a bit, not much to them, but when i peeked inside them, I found some bits of stones in the both of them along with a couple bottles.

I also found a fishplate and a few spikes which I took home with me.

All in all a fun little trip.
