Drawn back in April '09. This was my entry to a drawing competition on a message board where you had to mix Mario characters with creatures from mythology/fantasy. I chose to draw Rosalina as a cecaelia (the species that Ursula from The Little Mermaid is if you're not so sure).
The Luma was going to be in a bubble, then I decided to give him goggles and a snorkel.
