It's been a year since moving out of Toronto and into a new, quieter town. Leaving behind friends and familiar places I spent my whole life knowing. I do have regrets about opportunities which I refused to take because I felt I wasn't ready, wasn't mature enough, or was too scared about letting others down. It's still hard to fully disconnect from those memories, many of which were the happiest I've ever been, but then again those memories and bonds do keep me sane. I don't know what my future will be, but I hope I can make new memories, and learn from my past mistakes.
