Adler is a bartender who takes his job very seriously. While slow to anger, he will not hesitate to smack a few skulls if they keep messing up his bar! He cares deeply, despite his normally stoic disposition, and will often do little subtle things to get his patrons out of bad situations. Be it sending a drink to someone in the name of the lonely guest in that booth, or 'accidentally' spilling the drink of a major creep, if something timely and fortuitous happens in Adler's bar, you can assume he had some part in it.
