Fighting skills: Basic street fighting, intensive training with a bo staff
Mental Skills: He's a gifted inventor. He much rather build things then fight.
Weapons of choice: extending Bo staff, assorted bombs and his mind

History: * Peter was on a field trip with his class when the metallicats attacked Megakat city bank a few blocks down. As Fate would have it the metalicats grabbed peter and used him as a hostage. As the police watched the two cyborgs made their get away. Peter was so scared he passed out. That's when the Swat Kats arrived. The metalicats fought hard for thier freedom, even going as far as using Peter as a shield. But in the end the Swat Cats where able to halt the metalicats. The resulting battle left a large scar on Peter chest.
Five years have passed since that time and peter trained to be a hero like the SWAT Kats. He even built a hover tank in the hope of impressing his heroes. He was field testing it then the metalicat reappeared. The took peter and modded his Hover Tanks with more weapons. They attacked MegaKat city knowing the Swat Kats would arrive to stop them. But with peter's new hoover tank they made sort work of the Swat Kats.
Peter was crushed. the very weapon he built to help the Swat Kats was being used against them., As their jet came crashing down peter swore to himself that he wouldn't let this be the end of the swat kats. using his hidden Bo staff he freed himself and set the auto-destruct on the hoover tank. The metalicat figured out what the boy had done and locked him inside the tank. if they couldn't have it no one could.
Little did peter know that the Swat Kats survived the crash and where fighting the metalicats just outside the tank. As the timer ran down Peter started to give up hope. He closed his eyes and waited for death to come. But after the timer ran to 0 nothing happened. Peter kicked himself got to his feet. He forgot he didn't have the money to fully complete his Hoover tank. With all the commotion he forgot that fact.
Without a jet and the police arriving the SWAT Kats where in dire straights. They needed to get back to base. After getting the systems back up in his hover tanks Peter called out to the Swat kats. "Get aboard!" He shouted from the loud speakers. "I'll take you to my lab!"
Not having many option opened they jumped aboard.
From that day on Peter has been working on the sidelines helping to rebuild the Turbokat and upgrade all thier weapons and vehicles. Now Peter, 25 and going by the code name Tweak, is a full member of the team. As the Razor and T-bone get older they are happy to see They can leave the Name SWAT Kats in trusted hands.
