This sounds like an awesome concept. I like the idea that say a beginner summoner trying to summon an elemental but because of their low skill level the only form they can make the elemental take a shape like that of a cat or dog, but without their faces. You want faces? Practice! Makes me laugh about the chaos of trying too hard to give them faces with varying results (aka Cat with an all too realistic human face).
