We have Wildcat the Bad Little Witch of animated Casper the Friendly Ghost episode "Twin Trouble" being bound and gagged.
Wildcat the Bad Little Witch is Wendy the Good Little Witch's evil look-alike, by having the same blue eyes, head and body shape, with the only difference being that she has brown hair and a black witch gown. In the short: Twin Trouble, the Ghostly Trio recruited Wildcat by pretending to be Wendy, in order to sabotage Wendy's friendship with Casper, believing that Wendy is too much of a good influence on their nephew. However, unbeknownst to them, Wendy's aunts recruited a ghost that looks like Casper and pretends to be him for the same reasons. Eventually, Casper and Wendy catch on to what's going on and Wildcat and the unnamed ghost tries to be good like Casper and Wendy.
