Ya know, I saw your last submission of custom skins for Minecraft, and it got me interested in the game. I watched some videos on it, and got really interested, and wound up buying and downloading it, only to find that it won't work on either of my PCs!

If you go to their website right below where it says to play minecraft beta in browser it says play minecraft classic. Also if this does work for you I'll have to force you to add me as a friend MUHAHAHAHAHA

Unfortunately, I already tried that. I even tried un-installing and re-installing Java.

Strange the error would be on multiple systems...
Have you tried alternate browsers or even booting into a Live distribution of Linux Mint/Ubuntu?

Try it in IE, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, whatever browser you don't use.
If that still doesn't work grab: http://www.linuxliveusb.com/ Make a "Linux Mint 10" USB stick and boot your PC into it.

make sure you have a 2GB memory pen, go to the site I linked, download the program.
Make a Linux Mint 10 USB pen, reboot your computer and tell it to boot from the USB pen.

You'll like Linux. I use Fedora, but prefer Gentoo. Can't get Gentoo to run on my laptop though. Don't know why.

I need to try it with my desktop, because It won't work with my laptop either way. I know the video card for the laptop is out, cuz it won't play any game (other then games like Solitaire) and the computer doesn't recognize anything on the video card, it only can say that something is plugged into the slot.

I think Gentoo doesn't work on your comp, because your comp is built for a different OS. I believe computers are built for specific OSs, which is why XP computers don't run Windows 7 well. Though I am an idiot when it comes to computers, so I'm not overly certain. ^_^;

Because Windows 7 uses a lot more system resources. More CPU power, more graphics card power, etc. Believe me, Windows XP computers will run Linux, or BSD, or UNIX, or any other OS that doesn't use more resources than are available.

Oh, okay then. I knew that you could run Linux on pretty much any PC, but I didn't know about other OSs.

A lot of materials you have to craft. I gave you that wiki, check the Crafting section.

My apologies... had been wondering how you made glass... but I am guessing that was just diamonds... and apparently I was far too high up to see anything beyond iron... sorry to bother you.
