Blanc always does high intensity training/workouts and today wasn't any different. He started off light and then eventually worked his way all the to long interval rounds of striking on punching bags, mainly kicks. He was sweaty and getting exhausted but there's no benefit without blood, sweat and tears. Poor bags though, they barely hang on through several minute long sessions of strikes. XD It's okay though, he'll replace it if anything goes bad.
