The northern tundra is a treacherous place, dangerous for even the most experienced to cross. The biting cold is bad enough, but with an almost completely flat landscape, the constant wind makes it feel twice as cold. There are some mountains, but those are prone to avalanches from the heavy snow. There is great power in these lands, and a great spirit who's life is tied to that power, and who protects the tundra from any threats. Spending most of his time isolated, he's not the most socially adept of creatures, but his strengths lie in other areas. You might be traveling the tundra, you might get lost and find yourself giving up hope of making it out, but if you are a friend to the lands then there is still hope. You might see a snowstorm appear around you out of nowhere, you might glimpse a large figure forming from the snow itself, and then suddenly you find yourself back on the correct path. However, if you aren't a friend, if you pose a threat to his home, then you might just disappear into the snow and never be heard from again.
