Already in the evening, when Hiro was asleep in bed, John got up and opened his laptop and decided to see how the boys were doing. The bear could not sleep because of a quarrel with his husband. They had quarrelled over a trivial trifle, and now John was very ashamed. Giving his vote to Whitty, John turned off the laptop, lay back down, and after whispering "Forgive me..." in the husky's ear, fell asleep. As he fell asleep, the bear felt Hiro, who had previously been lying with his back to him, roll over to face him and press himself against his husband's chest, stroking his mighty back soothingly.
