Clients agree they are 18 years of age and to the following by commissioning me, DragonFoxDemon. Please read carefully.
My services are by the hour. My rate is $40 an hour for digital and $45 an hour for traditional. Plus 50% of the final total for explicit content.

IMPORTANT: As of January 1st, 2021 I will be unable to send art to the UK do to changes in the laws/VAT.
Digital images are 300 dpi and about 7 by 10 inches; badges, avatars, large projects differ in canvas size
Traditional pencil work is done on white card stock. Other colors available periodically
((IMPORTANT: Difficulty, character complexity, extras, etc all effect the final price of an image. Shipping is not included in the price of traditional pieces unless otherwise stated. Shipping is done using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes with tracking when artwork fits standard sizes. Clients are responsible for all import fees. Prices are subject to change.))

Animals, anthropomorphic animals, fantasy creatures, humans, humanoids, transformation, taurs and artistic nudity
Will not draw-
Copyrighted characters, extreme violence or gore
On the Fence-
Machines, robots, Dragons (without a reference)

Process For Most Images (This process does not apply to sketches, YCHs or specials unless otherwise stated.)
Full payment required for commissions under $120 and half to start for commissions above. I will not start a commission without payment.
A sketch is given for approval once a commission is confirmed. (Images are sent over email)
Line art is given to the Client for approval. If changes are needed, the artist should be informed. If changes are made, another image with the changes will be sent for confirmation.
Line art will NOT be edited after this point.
Once confirmation is made on the line art the Client will receive one last preview image with flat colors. Color changes can be made as this time. Again, once confirmation of the colors the process will proceed.
Image will NOT be changed after this.
Buyer will receive a watermarked .jpg 'web' version of their image and a large .png or .jpg version once it is finished.
((I give one free edit per stage. After that edit I charge $10 per alteration of the image. Please communicate with me if there is a problem. I want to make the best possible image for you.))
All previews/updates will be sent to the client by Email. Clients are welcome to email the artist for updates or questions.
Copyright
I retain ALL rights to the artwork. Character and concepts provided by you still belong to you, but the artwork itself is mine, C.L.B. (DragonFoxDemon). Work will contain my signature and the date it was finished.
I reserve the right to display the commission in my galleries, on my website, sell prints, merchandise and alter the commissioned work to make it more generic if I choose to do so.
I offer private commissions at an extra fee. I can delay the release of a commission if it is discussed before completion.
Reproduction/commercial rights are NOT SOLD unless they have been discussed and paid for. If you are interested in reproduction/commercial/licensing rights along side the commission you will need to discuss the details with me before we agree on the image. A formal contract will be written and signed by both parties.
I do not consent to my artwork being used in or to train AI technologies.
Client's usage
It is your commission so you are free to use it for YOUR personal use. Client may resize or crop the artwork for icon, wallpaper, etc.
Client many not profit from the artwork beyond the sale of the physical original (traditional media).
You may NOT redistribute the work for profit, sell the digital files, edit/alter the original artwork or pay others to edit/alter the original artwork. This includes selling/minting it as NFT. Artwork cannot be used in block chain related technologies; NFT, crypto currency or future invention in relation.
Artwork is not permitted to be used in AI technologies.
I allow only the watermarked version of the completed artwork I provide to be redistributed on the web. This specifically means I allow the Client to upload the WATERMARKED image to Furaffinity, Toyhouse and Twitter. It is within my rights to have non-watermark and altered images taken down/removed.
Do not remove my watermark from images.
Refunds
If client cancels before the project has been started, Artist will retain 5% of payment as a convenience fee.
If cancelled during the sketch/lines stages, Artist will retain 50%.
If cancelled during the coloring or at the completion of the commission, no refund will be issued.
Should the Artist cancel, 100% of refund will be issued.
Anytime a refund is issued, no artwork will be given. Client is paying for the Artist's time.
In the event a Client is unreachable by the contact means they provided (email) for 1 month, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission. Project will be considered abandoned by client and a refund will be based on stage of image, if possible.
Disclaimer
I have the right to refuse any commission.
I have the right to back out of a commission at any time for any reason such as but not limited to; poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate clearly in English or inability to complete commission.
I take USD. I use invoices.
I do not accept cryptocurrencies.
