That would be a lovely present to have under my tree when I wake up on Christmas Morning, I'd tickle him silly until he pleaded for mercy, then I'd let him do the same to me, we'd both have fun.

Gosh, I don't know how to even start.. I mean, you put so much detail into such a toony scenario, and there's an extensive amount of love and detail put into every little line here. I'll do my best to be as comprehensive as I can here.
For starters, feet? Perfect.
Shouldn't even need to say it but, those large Lugia stompers are suuuper well done, the detail here is amazingly crafted. Those soles having this oily glow, and unlike most other pieces out there I see, this one nails it. The noticeable white shine, and lighter tone on the purple gives this that leg up it needed.
Not to mention the feet themselves are phenomenally well done. The toes on the left looking as round and soft as ever, and you've got these super expressive tootsies wiggling about on the right, enduring a ticklish assault by a rogue feather and a few toothbrushes, making it all the worse..~
I especially love those brushes attacking in-between the toes there, such an evil little detail~
And the Lugia's face too! Just as toony as ever. Though, the one thing that stood out immediately is that you added the lil' tooth detail most Lugias have.
Then we've got you all wrapped up nicely in a biiiig present, the bow also being present. And, while I can't really make out if that's you trying to unwrap the bow, I do certainly hope it is. Makes things all the more hectic~
And definitely makes for one cute detail!

Still can't properly justify how much I adore this. Believe me, this is one gift I sure won't forget. Amazing stuff once again, DL.
