This is Azrael! After years of struggling to figure out what I wanted this oc to look like, I have finally figured out a good design for him :D he’s a cult leader, so I wanted his design to come off as pure and angelic to be opposite to his personality. I forgot to mention in his ref that his venom causes hallucinations and that he can breathe an icy, glittery mist that causes drowsiness, memory loss, and hypersensitivity.
