I'm finally able to post my first concepts that I every made for my Gears Of War graphic novel called Shadow Squad. I am still not sure if it'll be a fan animation at this moment, because it would take lots of time to create so we will start it off as a graphic novel.
Anyway, the characters are Chris, Joseph and Phil. They will be the main protagonists of the series, and their design from here is slightly more altered than the new designs I developed over time. Hope you guys like them!
