Trust me, I have seen some silly ones in my day...
Seriously, silly email address may cause reviewers to assume things about you (i.e., Bias). This will impact how they read your resume, with them looking for information to supports their assumptions. Avoid that mistake by picking a professional sounding email address. The more boring the better!
PS:
We are half-way through December. You may consider spending time reworking your resume. See here for more details: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/49985414/

Each email provider has some reputation attached to them... Gmail is probably safest as it is so prevalent these days. If I were to play stereotypes: Yahoo would make you look elderly, Live like a middle-age nerd, AOL like you do not know how the internet works, and hotmail like you are applying using a burn account (or are too 1337 for the position).
