The protagonist of the first arc of Project Bureau, this is Harvey Sullivan, a red fox who is recruited to the Paranormal Investigation Bureau by Patrick, Archie and Roland after he accidentally unleashes a creature known as the Technology Demon that nearly destroys his apartment block and awakened his Kitsune artes. Even he didn't know he was part kitsune but I guess you learn something new about yourself every day huh.
